Polish psychologists have been growingly active in the field of cross-cultural psychology. We have 66 members according to the IACCP web site register.  The author of this proposal has been actively involved in IACCP/JCCP business for the last 35 years, the climax of which was the XV IACCP Congress, Pułtusk-2000, which is still well remembered by many members as a big success.

The hosting University SWPS has run MA and PhD programs in cross-cultural psychology. Since our first batch in 2002, we had over 200 MA graduates, and 10 PhDs. All the members of the Organization Committee hold MA and/or PhD degrees in cross-cultural psychology from, awarded  by University SWPS or in association with the  Institute of Psychology, Polish Academy of Sciences.
